This Bill was bought and paid for by the Big Banks. This Bill will make sweeping changes and benefit only the banks, the collection agencies and the lawyers. Rep. Chuck Grassley should be ashamed of himself for what he has done to the American people! Iowans should vote him out of office as quickly as possible.
